I retraced the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela described in the 12th century Codex Calixtinus (roughly the same as the modern day Camino Frances). I filmed the environments that a 12th century pilgrim would have gone through as well as the entry into the listed towns and villages in the Codex.
